The sea-view room was a great deal at 400k a night, and we could park our motorcycle right in the lobby. The security staff were friendly, so I was feeling very positive about the hotel at first. That changed at checkout, when we were charged for minibar snacks and drinks we hadn't used. The charges were eventually taken off, but the male staff member on duty seemed unfriendly and handled it with a poor attitude. That was a disappointing end to the stay.

Hello guys, we had a wonderful stay at Phu quy hotel. The rooms were clean and kept in good shape, and the staff were especially kind and friendly. Mr. Thang, the hotel manager, deserves a thank you for his attention and friendship. I recommend staying here. Best regards.

The location is the one good thing here. Our room had a leaking toilet that wouldn't flush right, a door that didn't lock properly, and an uncomfortable bed where I could feel the springs. The taxi we'd booked for the airport never showed up. The front desk person didn't want to help and went back to sleep, though at least we eventually got our money back. Staff there were rude and acted as if we were wasting their time. Breakfast was ok, but after the busy period a lot of the food was gone. Even if the room problems and breakfast could be put up with, the awful service made the stay a nightmare. I'd spend less at a budget hotel for better service, or look elsewhere for a better three-star place.

The room was tiny for what we paid, and because we booked online we couldn't get a refund. We were left waiting from 12 am until 2:30 pm, only to be handed a key when the room was still a mess. We had to go back and wait again. The people in the lobby were impolite and unprofessional. The security man was no help to guests and even smoked beside where we were sitting. I can't say more than this: stay away from this hotel.
