Our standard room left me dissatisfied, even though the guard was very nice and helped with our luggage. The quilt was stained, and the pillows felt like they were filled with very cheap material, the sort of thing that might cost a cup of coffee. The showerhead was fixed in place, so using it for a bath sent water almost sideways, to put it a bit dramatically. The bathroom door not sealing completely wasn't necessarily a fault, but water did get out when we used the shower that way. We had to hold the showerhead by hand instead. The pool was much smaller than it looked in the pictures. The lobby, though, is what most gives the impression of a four-star hotel, as if that's where all the money went. Breakfast included a range of local fruits, all unsweetened, and they had clearly made an effort.

The gym was well equipped compared with other hotels around, and our room was spacious, clean, and well cared for. Breakfast was delicious, thanks to the chef. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout, ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out both went smoothly, and we had a fantastic stay at Poseidon.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was awesome, and laundry was available for a small fee. It's a safe place to stay, right by a great restaurant and shops, and close to the beach. By American standards, I'd call it a four-star hotel.

I was in Nha Trang with my family and found this hotel very good. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were helpful and supportive. Breakfast was good and suited everyone. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym, with the chance to take in the surroundings. I highly recommend it.

The balcony had a lovely sea view, and I enjoyed the fresh air and sound of the waves from the room. It was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I had an unforgettable vacation at Poseidon Hotel. I enjoyed both the pool and trying local dishes, and everything from the service to the space felt perfect. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic.
