The staff were awesome, which is why I’m giving the place 3 stars. Otherwise it would’ve been 1.5. I stayed for 2 months because the price was good, 5.5 mil, but there was mold in the room and on the terrace. I was charged a 400k cleaning fee, which I wouldn’t have minded if the apartment had been clean when I arrived. It wasn’t, and I ended up buying 3 different cleaning products to get it properly clean myself. I hate leaving reviews like this, but it didn’t feel fair to say nothing. They also almost charged me twice for the first month’s electricity in the second month.

There’s a grocery mall about a 5-minute walk away. Great place, highly recommend!
