The owner was very attentive and even let me check in. The homestay feels quite new, with clean, new interiors. This will be my first choice next time I travel to Nha Trang! 🥳🥳

I reserved through the app, but the homestay hadn't updated its availability. I was lucky I contacted them directly to check. They told me they were full and gave priority to direct bookings. What is the point of using the app, then? If I hadn't asked about check-in, would I have arrived to find no room? Awful service for a homestay with so many positive reviews.

The room was tidy, comfortable, fully equipped and smelled nice, and the whole place felt cozy, clean and thoughtfully decorated. I was really pleased with my stay at The Cozy Home. It's also in a handy spot, easy to get around from, with plenty of amenities nearby. I'd definitely come back and recommend it to friends. Worth all five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This homestay is right downtown in a fairly busy neighborhood. The rooms are decent for the price, and check-in is automated.
