Breakfast had a great range of Vietnamese, European, and even Russian food, with lots of fruit and excellent coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, and we'd definitely come back. We also loved the hotel's authentic design. From the 22nd floor, it felt like being in a bungalow, with a stunning view of the sea. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance.

The breakfast choices were delicious, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were kind and respectful. For what you pay per room, you get more than you might expect. One of the pools was always clean and covered. We didn't use the other pool, which is on the gym level, but it was covered too. Both had really nice views.

The rooms could use better soundproofing, and the pool was cold and windy. Aside from those issues, I really appreciated how attentive and helpful the staff were. The breakfast was varied and good quality, and the hotel has a striking design. It's beautiful and within walking distance of the city center.

The noise was the main problem. Soundproofing is almost nonexistent, so you hear everything in the corridor and out on the street, including dogs barking nonstop at 5 am. The hotel is nicely decorated and well located. Breakfast was average.

The design is impressive, and the hotel feels airy. The staff are polite and friendly. Breakfast gets a 6/10 from me. The pool was cold and windy, and the rooms aren't well soundproofed.
