The hotel has closed and changed owners, and is now Sapa Hills Hotel. People including me lost money unfairly and were frustrated because the old accounts were still listed on booking sites like Booking and Agoda. If you're traveling to Sapa in peak season, it's highly recommended that you call the hotel directly first to make sure.
