I paid successfully for a room on Momo for May 1, 2025, but the hotel was closed when I arrived. I reported the problem to Momo, and they said they couldn’t reach the hotel and told me to wait. If the hotel was closed, why could customers still book it on the app? Why weren’t the rooms hidden? The hotel shouldn’t call Momo a scam. Scam!!!!

We arrived at 6 am after booking on Agoda for the nights before and after. The man in front of us called us crazy, which was quite the good morning. Then the receptionist said the hotel was no longer listed on Agoda and was fully booked, so we had to find another place. A truly great experience! 👍

At 6:00 AM, after taking a Grab to the hotel, we were left out on the street and had wasted the fare. We’d booked through Agoda, but the owner looked at us and gestured as though we were crazy. He wasn’t welcoming, and his wife wasn’t friendly, not even saying hello. Their daughter was nice, but made it clear they no longer took Agoda bookings.

When I arrived, I handed over my ID card. As I was leaving after the trip, they told me they had lost it, without apologizing or taking any responsibility. For a large hotel to lose a guest’s ID card is unacceptable. Avoid this place if you don’t want the hassle of getting a replacement. I’ll NEVER come back after such bad service.
