Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang

After we’d checked out, I realized I’d left one of my AirPods in the room. We called to ask if it had been found. There was already a new guest in the room, and nothing had been reported, but the resort said they’d look once that guest left. Then yesterday, out of nowhere, they called to say they’d found it and would arrange delivery to a family member in Ho Chi Minh City. That went beyond what I expected and made my day. The facilities are top standard, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the buffet breakfast had a big selection of food and drinks. Excellent experience. I’d highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting to experience Nha Trang Vinpearlland fully.

Ms. Gia Nhu and Mr. Shu Thuan dealt with all my little mishaps so politely and patiently. I’d booked a king size bed and got twins, accidentally switched off the electricity while trying to stop the ceiling fan with its chain, and had my key card stop working. They were helpful and professional through it all. Keep up the great work! I stayed for 2 nights, and this 5-star review is really for the two of them ⭐️ The hotel itself is excellent too, with a great experience and absolutely no complaints about the food.

A small request about the buffet dinner: it would help if staff made sure guests kept to their assigned tables. When you're travelling alone, you can't leave your things at the table to get food, because someone may take your seat. For the buggy bus, please have people queue and board first come, first served. It's unfair when aggressive customers, including elders or people rushing to the airport, push early arrivals out of line. We had a wonderful time, and the staff were attentive, helpful and polite. My sincere thanks to whoever looked after my husband when he was sick. The whole team was amazing, God blessed 😇 A special thanks to Mrs Huyen for doing her best to accommodate us during the high peak season. The F&B team deserves recognition for the lovely food and service. We know it's not easy work, and you always try your best.

We loved the set menu at the Chinese restaurant on Valentine's day. The food was so good, and the service impressed us just as much. All the resort restaurants we tried were delicious, and people kept going above and beyond. Everything was well organized, from transport to the island to the service in the restaurants and bars. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed it enough to extend our stay. There are lots of facilities for children and families, as well as options for romantic evenings. I'd recommend it for any kind of vacation. I'll be back to Vinpearl Resort without a doubt, I'm a customer for life 🙂 Thank you Vinpearl!
