Bugs kept coming back, even after they said they’d send insect control. I killed at least 10 the first night, woke up to a dozen more across the room on the second night, then moved rooms and found tons there too, so I checked out. The building seems infested, especially when it rains and the bugs come out. The staff were nice and tried to help, but the place is too popular for its own good. With so many floors and guests constantly checking in and out, it seems impossible to keep clean.

We stayed as a couple in a deluxe sea view apartment on the 32nd floor, in a building where several companies rent rooms. The view of Nha Trang bay was stunning, and the room was clean and comfortable. We slept deeply, and the air conditioning was strong. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away, with lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops nearby, especially down the smaller streets. The lifts were our only complaint. They get packed and busy, so we waited a few minutes to get in and out. Still, it’s good value in the 50 dollar a night range, and I’d highly recommend it.

My own stay was really good, and the staff were always eager to help. I booked a room at Panorama for a family holiday after a friend who had stayed there told me about it. Before booking, I’d read the reviews and felt unsure because there are several different names in the same building. Panorama operates as an apartment and hotel service, with many hosts working together, and Wise Stay Panorama is one of them. I’ll come back. Be careful not to misjudge when rating.

We booked three sea view rooms through Agoda for our family, and the views were amazing. The rooms were clean, check-in was easy, and the service over WhatsApp was friendly. The busy elevators are the only drawback, but they’re manageable. I definitely recommend staying there.
