The staff were the standout for me, especially Vy at Reception. Flooding had limited transport, but she did everything she could to find us a taxi to Cam Ranh airport, then messaged to check we’d arrived safely. She’s absolutely lovely, and I hope her boss appreciates her. The restaurant servers were friendly and courteous too. We aren’t usually resort people, but this was a last-minute booking. The resort is very nice, with a beautiful pool and a spacious, clean room with a sea-facing balcony. They try to keep the beach clean in front of the resort, though not so much farther away. It was almost empty while we were there, and we had some bad weather, but it was a good place to be in those conditions. We could use the sauna and steam room or get a massage. The restaurant food was not bad, and breakfast had both Western and Vietnamese options. Given how enormous the place is, I can imagine it feels like a bit much at peak season.

Dinner turned into a wonderful, memorable meal for my family, thanks to the staff’s kind and professional help. I’d misunderstood the dinner booking, but they were incredibly understanding and handled it so well. I had a great experience at TTC Resort Doc Let, especially with the dinner service. Thank you!

A nice resort, and a highly recommended place to begin your journey around Vietnam.

The resort’s rules aren’t clearly explained at the entrance, and the staff were very rude, especially to Vietnamese guests. At the beach, lifeguards demanded a fee if you brought outside food or bought something from nearby street vendors. I checked with the ticket seller, who said no such fee was required. I didn’t want trouble, so I politely ordered extra food from the resort restaurant. If outside food isn’t allowed, they should post a sign and tell guests beforehand. The towel arrangements also felt unfair. Vietnamese guests weren’t given towels right away. I had to ask at the counter, where they said a deposit was required. Later, the towel attendant told me there was no deposit, I just had to return the towel. Foreign guests didn’t have to deal with this. They could leave towels on their chairs for staff to collect, and I saw two foreign guests get towels brought right to their lounge chairs. I paid properly and was still treated terribly. The owner should manage and retrain the staff. Foreign guests don’t necessarily spend more than Vietnamese guests, and it’s disappointing for a Vietnamese business to prioritize foreigners over its own people. If you’re Vietnamese, you should avoid this place. This place doesn’t welcome Vietnamese guests or treat them fairly, and its rules aren’t clear. If you’re a foreigner or traveling with a group, they seem to welcome you more warmly. I didn’t like how the staff treated Vietnamese guests who came on their own.
