I slept really well because the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and kept in good shape, with comfortable furnishings and the amenities you’d expect from a four-star hotel. The location also made getting to local attractions and restaurants easy. I had a fantastic stay.

I booked at 10pm, then got in at 3am after taking a sleeper bus from Hoi an. For such a late booking and arrival, it worked out really well.

A small place, but really clean and good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We’ll come back.

The bathroom light worked when it felt like it, and the hot water was basically unusable. The room was small and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Its door lock was broken, and when a staff member came up to check, the only advice was to leave valuables at the counter. The night light was just decoration, so if you were afraid to sleep in the dark, you had to leave the main light on, shining right at you. They didn’t address the feedback because they didn’t seem to know how to fix anything. I booked through the app by mistake, and I’m absolutely furious. If you want a frustrating stay, go ahead and try it! 🫠👉
