Really good price, too. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and there was a nice balcony. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

I was charged 250k for three hours, though the price list says 120k for the first hour and 30k for the second. Is there a different rate for regular and VIP rooms?

The owner is lovely and incredibly enthusiastic. Ask her for tips if you're planning to explore Phan Thiet and Mui Ne, she won't let you down. The rooms are clean and affordable, service is convenient, and the central location is quiet.

Right in the center, so it worked well for sightseeing, eating at local restaurants, or an overnight business stop in Phan Thiet city. The price is very reasonable for young people or families. Staff were cheerful, friendly, eager to help, and the rooms and toilets were clean. Beds were comfortable, with plenty of hot and cold water and strong pressure.

I spent three nights here with a group of 40. We looked at several hotels in Monaco, and this was the cheapest. The new owner gave us excellent service, the rooms were clean, and the price was exceptionally reasonable. I'd definitely come back and support the hotel again.
