Aroma Beach Resort & Spa

The hotel staff were fantastic, and the beach was huge and clean, which may be because the hotel sits on the outskirts of Mui Ne. Downtown Mui ne, with dining and shopping, was only 5 minutes away by car. The hotel itself was very nice and the service was great. We did have some insect bites, which the hotel management said came from the beach. One night the neighbors were noisy, but management handled it tactfully and effectively.

We were a group of 6 adults and one child and felt we got very good value. At check-in, three of our four rooms were upgraded for free because they had availability, which was a nice surprise. Everything was clean, breakfast had a tasty mix of western and Vietnamese food, the pool was lovely, and the beach was right there. The one-star reviews seem to come from an unfriendly incident with a vietnamese youtuber 5 years ago. The workers involved were let go afterward, so there doesn't seem to be a reason for those bad reviews anymore. We ordered pizza to the room once, and it wasn't very good, as is often the case in asia. There also aren't many places to eat nearby outside the hotel, so you need to drive a bit.

We were delighted with our stay. The hotel is cozy and fully enclosed, with its own private beach. The grounds are beautifully kept, everything is clean, and our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast had plenty of variety. The room had all the little things thought through: shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, slippers for outside and indoors, robes, and even a beach bag. Thank you to the hotel for a wonderful stay!

We were so glad we found this resort that we extended our stay. The room was beautiful, with a stunning view of the water, and the restaurant's food was delicious. Breakfast was included and had lots of variety. The staff were all wonderful, friendly, and helpful. If you want somewhere comfortable and relaxing, this is it.
