We got in around midnight, and the staff had kindly waited after we confirmed our arrival by WhatsApp. The owner speaks English really well, so everything was easy to sort out. Our room was spacious, affordable, and had hot water and a refrigerator. Great value, and I’d happily recommend it.

I’d definitely come back. Cocosand may be rated as a 1 star hotel, but I’ve stayed in 3 star places that were much worse. It was clean and everything worked, including the TV and fridge, and the owner was happy to help if you asked. There wasn’t food at the hotel, but just around the corner a lovely lady sold great bah my for 50p, and two corners away there was a full breakfast for £1. If you’re visiting Vietnam, I’d skip the fancy hotels and restaurants and try meeting locals. Cocosand is a good example.

The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were really kind and friendly, and it’s good value for the price. If I return to Muine, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The only drawback for me was the weak wifi signal. Even so, I was happy with my choice and would stay here again, even without a swimming pool. I was in Mui ne for kite surfing for more than 7 days and picked this hotel because the price was reasonable and its Google reviews were high. The staff were super friendly and kind, and kept my room very clean. When I asked for hot water for instant noodle soup, they brought it.

The courtyard inside has a lovely design, even though the outside doesn’t look especially grand. The hotel is good quality for a low price, and the service was very good. I recommend staying here.
