The staff were rude and unprofessional. They handled our things without permission and told us to switch rooms even though we had booked for that night because someone else had reserved online. There were bugs in the bedrooms, and the breakfast was awful. I even had to chase a staff member to get my passport back. I don’t recommend this hostel.
We had an awful stay. They took my things and my friend’s belongings out of the bedroom without asking, then told us we had to change rooms. The breakfast was horrible, and the staff were impolite and dishonest. They even shouted at guests. A terrible place.
The food was fantastic and the prices were great. I especially recommend the iced teas and fruit smoothie.
Nice spot, friendly service, and really good coffee!
