I went in for a nail appointment because it was a holiday and everywhere else was closed. It was expensive, but I gave it a try and it was honestly the worst experience. Even if it had been cheap, it still would have felt like a waste of money. Please don’t go. I was still deciding whether to get both my fingernails and toenails done or just one, but they started cutting my nails without asking. They rushed through the work and nicked my skin with the nippers. I was already unsure about their hygiene, so getting cut made me even more stressed. When I asked them to be gentler because it hurt, they said it wasn’t their fault and that my nails were “already in bad condition.” I’d originally planned to get both hands and feet done, but the staff seemed inexperienced and the place didn’t look clean, so I asked them to do only my fingernails. They clearly got irritated. At one point they sprayed alcohol so carelessly that it splashed on my face. It didn’t even seem like real alcohol to me, and the bottle said it expired in 2023. When I glanced at it, they got defensive and said, “It’s alcohol, not water,” even though I hadn’t complained. They didn’t finish the job properly either, skipping the final cleansing and shaping. My nails were uneven, and when I pointed that out, they said my nails were “naturally uneven.” I didn’t want to argue, so I paid and left. They charged me nearly double what other salons do.

Five adults and one child planned to stay three nights in three bungalows, but we had to move out quickly after the first night. I couldn’t sleep all night. The place was dirty, smelled bad, and had insects. We were very disappointed!

The place is pretty, but it wasn’t very cozy or convenient for us. We stayed three nights in two family bungalows with five people. The owner was nice, welcoming, and supportive, and they gave us a fan when we asked. You can refill water for free at the entrance, there’s a convenience store and a nice cafe/pub called Joe’s across the street, and they also offer tours. We had a lot of big luggage, so the steps were a struggle. The pool didn’t look clearly clean or well maintained, the bathroom smelled like pee, and there weren’t enough plugs in the room. They forgot our towels at first, though we eventually got them. There’s no laundry service, but some cheap places nearby do laundry. The place felt a bit too natural for me 😅. There was an insect nest on the wall beside the shower, which really freaked me out because I have a phobia. The bathroom is open to the outside and could feel scary at night 😭. It rained the whole time we were there, and the rain could splash on you while you were on the toilet 😐. There were bugs around too, though that was somewhat understandable. The rooms were rather dark, and the lock on bungalow A01’s door stuck a little. We figured out how to lock it by pushing the door slightly toward the room.

We stayed a few months ago and had a poor experience. The old photos and comments make the place look great, but the hotel we found seemed not to have been maintained at all. The pool water was dirty, there were no seats or loungers, and the room was poorly cleaned and low quality.
