Phuong Nam Mountain View Hotel

We had a great stay and I highly recommend the hotel. It’s very close to Sun Plaza and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafes. We booked two mountain-view rooms for a family vacation, and both were nice and clean. The water heater gave us trouble when we first arrived, but worked fine afterward. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, including pho, pancakes, rice, sausages, and buns. Service was very good, and the staff were kind and helped with our luggage. Thanks to Trang for discounting our glass bridge tickets and letting us pay after we returned to the hotel.

For the price, it’s a good hotel in a convenient location, with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The window shields block the city view, and blinds would work better. The on-site sauna was unavailable while it needed repairs. I’d probably come back anyway.

It’s conveniently close to Sapa station and shops, but set back enough to be quiet. The road outside is narrow, which can make things a bit tight for Grabs, though it’s manageable. They provide free water daily. I didn’t try breakfast, but highly recommend the place for its convenience and peaceful setting! 😊

We stayed three nights and loved having Sun Plaza and lots of good restaurants nearby. It made a convenient base for exploring Sapa. The room was spacious, and the heated bed was a nice touch. We enjoyed the buffet, although it was the same food every day.
