We used a gift ticket for one night in a Superior City View room in December, at the restaurant Tobi Koi sushi. We liked everything. The room was clean and had all the amenities, and the breakfast buffet was complimentary. Thanks for the hospitality. We hope to come back.

I stayed just one night after leaving another hotel because its Wi-Fi wasn't good. I loved the room, internet, and location here, about a 10-minute walk from the beach. The staff were really nice and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and I loved the sushi at their restaurant on the 8th floor. There's a nice café too.

The location worked well, close to places to eat and the mall, and the laundry came back quickly. The staff were really friendly and the service was excellent. Our room had a soft, comfortable bed and its own AC. The hotel was very clean, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, including pho. We were Americans staying here and would definitely come back.

The room was tidy, clean, and everything worked, and the location was convenient. The staff were friendly and always offered to help. A few things could be better: the bathroom was cramped, with the toilet so close to the shower that water got everywhere when I showered. The tea cups were fine for tea but too small for coffee. Also, I left the “please clean the room” sign out whenever I went sightseeing, but nobody came to clean.

The balcony was a lovely place to unwind, with a great view over the city, and my room was clean and comfortable. I found the hotel good value for the price, with friendly, efficient staff and the amenities I needed. Breakfast had lots of choices and was an excellent start to the day. For a three-star stay, it exceeded my expectations, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a dependable, enjoyable place to stay.
