This is a clean, decent budget hotel, and I stayed for three nights. At checkout I was charged 50,000 dong for five small bottles of drinking water. Paying that amount wasn't an issue, but I wasn't told the water would cost extra. Hotels I've stayed at in Phu Quoc, Nha Trang, Dalat, and Mui Ne have all provided two free bottles daily, so in my opinion, not explaining the charge beforehand is dishonest business practice. Bring your own drinks if you stay here.

Tony the manager was very helpful, and the security was fantastic. The room was clean and well priced, with fresh sheets, air conditioning, and hot water in the shower.

Friendly, helpful owners and staff, and safe parking and sleeping. The rooms are clean, with good AC, a TV, a fridge, and a decent bathroom. For the price, it's a very good place. I'd stay again.

The location wasn't great, but they had bicycles for us, so that worked out. The room was comfortable and good value, and the people were very kind. I'd recommend this hotel.
