Ny Na Hotel Phan Thiet

Good.

The guesthouse was good value, and my room was clean and had everything I needed. I spent 3 days and 2 nights there and would definitely stay again on my next trip to Phan Thiet.

I’d rented here many times, but after what happened on my last visit, I was too nervous to book again. The receptionist shut the door at 11pm while focused on his phone, then fell asleep. I was outside calling and knocking repeatedly, but nobody came to let me in. Later, when the air conditioner had an issue, I asked someone to come check it. They said they were sleeping so deeply they didn’t hear my calls. I got discouraged and checked out early. The service was poor, especially since I’d stayed there so often.

The staff were rude and wouldn’t let customers sit and rest for long before chasing them off. People who asked about rooms were quoted high prices, even though other places nearby had clean rooms for less.
