I had an extremely disappointing stay. The main issue was the staff: whatever I asked, I got the same replies, “I don’t know,” “I can’t,” “No,” or “It’s not possible.” No one tried to help or find another solution. It felt as though they had no training in dealing with guests. Requests were ignored, and questions seemed to annoy them. Basic customer service was missing. Many services I’d expect from a hotel at this level were unavailable or cost extra, and even then, no one could clearly explain the terms. I had to work things out on my own, usually without getting anywhere. Communication was another major problem because most staff didn’t speak English, making even simple issues nearly impossible to resolve. I was met with indifference and repeated refusals instead of help. Guests don’t seem welcome here, and I have no desire to return. Definitely not recommended. There are much better places to stay in Mui Ne for the same money.

It’s nice and quiet, and you don’t have to go far for a good meal, ice cream, or coffee. After sitting with a book for a few hours, the clean beach is handy for a quick dip. A beach chair in the shade costs 60, 000 ea dong, and roadside carts have tasty treats at night. Our 2 br apartment, hosted by Chang, was clean and comfortable.

I left with a very unpleasant impression. From the start, it felt like guests weren’t welcome. The staff were cold and indifferent, and dealing with them seemed like a bother to them. Questions got brief refusals or unclear answers, with no attempt to help or explain. There was a tense feel to the place and no real comfort or chance to relax. The hospitality and customer care just weren’t there. It felt as if the main thing was for guests not to bother the staff. For a resort, that’s unacceptable, and enjoying a stay here seems impossible. Definitely not recommended. There are much more welcoming hotels in Mui Ne.

Be careful with this property, Sealink Ocean Vita C326 !!! My fully prepaid booking (ID: 8116145234910008... ) on Booking. com was cancelled at 10:07 AM on the check-in date, with no clear reason. That left me no time to arrange another place to stay. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Don’t trust this property if you need a guaranteed stay.
