The walls are so thin you can hear a lot, and loud music from across the street starts at 7am. There’s little privacy since people walk right in front of the windows, so I had to keep the blinds down. The back windows don’t close, which means bugs can get in and the electric bill will be huge. It’s an old hotel, and the rooms feel ancient. The TV is bad and only gets a couple of channels, the fixtures are rusty, and there’s no hot water after dark.

I’ve been living here for 6 months, and the monthly rates are great. Weekly maid and laundry service are included, along with free bottled water. The rooms are dated, but really clean, and the staff are extremely helpful. They know enough English to make communication easy. It’s in an upscale residential area, a few blocks from the oceanfront, so the location is ideal. Cool ocean breezes also keep the airconditioner from needing to run all day.

A quiet, clean place to relax, and the staff are helpful and honest. The price is very fair for a stay. If you have clothes washed, make sure to tell both people not to mix white and colored shirts, or to return the right clothes to the person with the right room number.

The building is obsolete, but the hotel is in a nice, quiet area close to the beach. The staff are very friendly.
