The room was decent and the location was very good, but the way our milk was handled really disappointed me. Four sealed cartons were left behind when we checked out. We returned six hours later, and a kind receptionist checked for us. They found out that housekeeping had said the milk was discarded because they thought we didn't want it. At checkout, staff had said everything was fine without mentioning it. The milk itself wasn't important, but nobody told us before deciding to throw it away, and that explanation didn't sound honest to me. I felt the hospitality was poor and dishonest, which was sad given the marketing team's work and the efforts of the other hotel staff.

The room was clean, though sounds from the bathroom next door carried through, mostly just water noise. Breakfast was generous, with Vietnamese dishes like pho, spring rolls, and eggs; we looked for other kinds of food too, since the selection leaned Vietnamese. Check-in was easy with our passports and TRCs, and someone greeted us and offered help. We had a pleasant overnight stay.

The staff were great and breakfast was good, but both of our rooms were awful. Each bathroom had water leaking across the floor, and the stained tiles suggested it had been going on for a long time. The power points weren't wired, so we had to take the TV off the wall to reach the only working outlet. The wooden bathroom door had rotted from shower spray, and there was no power outlet for a razor. At checkout, bottled water was treated as minibar stock, costing 50k for one bottle or 30k for two. We've stayed in many hotels over the past two weeks, from mountain villages to beach towns, and this was easily the worst for its location. There are much better options nearby.

A decent three-star-level hotel with affordable rates of about $20-30 per person. It's convenient if you're traveling by car, though the location isn't ideal for getting to the sea.
