After a long trip through Vietnam, we spent a couple of days at Pandanus and really enjoyed the stay. The gardens were very well kept, and we liked the swimming pool and sun terrace, though service took a long time. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout. We did find it uncomfortable to be approached more than once and asked to write a review on the spot. Still, it was a very pleasant stay.

The free shuttle made it easy to explore the seaside restaurants in town, with plenty of choices for different tastes and budgets. Back at the hotel, I loved the balcony room and complimentary minibar, plus the gardens and clean beach right outside. Breakfast stayed easy even when the hotel was busy, with no wait for the buffet and a menu that changed daily. The Asian soup, dim sum, and Vietnamese snacks were my favorites. Great design, amenities, and staff. Highly recommend.

The complimentary walking tour and daily yoga were lovely extras, and the minibar was free too. Everything was spotless, including the beautiful beach. Staff clearly care about getting the little details right and made our stay feel comfortable and special. I also booked a romantic dinner for my girlfriend and me, and they did a wonderful job. We really loved our time here and would stay again on a future trip to Vietnam.

The buffet felt a bit expensive, so we tried the restaurants across the street instead. They serve authentic Vietnamese food at about a quarter of the price, and I’d recommend them. The beach was one of the most amazing I’ve visited, and it felt like we had it to ourselves. The resort staff were lovely and helpful. A wonderful stay in Mui ne.

The staff made our stay so relaxing, and the evening room service was a lovely touch: they tidied up, left a note on the bed, and added a coconut biscuit. Each day, the in-room refreshments were replenished with water, fizzy drinks, tea, biscuits, lollipops, crisps, and dried fruit. The bathroom was a surprise highlight, with a gorgeous outdoor stone tub surrounded by greenery and little steps up to it. You can shower there too. The resort itself is stunning, and I’d definitely return. Highly recommend, 10/10.
