Rubens Boutique Hotel Phan Thiet

The Wi-Fi was the one thing that could be better. It was sometimes hard to connect and the signal dropped now and then. Since the building is tall, more routers or access points on each floor or zone might help. I was in Phan Thiet for a work trip to oversee the fit-out of a new SOCIOLLA (cosmetics) store at Lotte Mart Phan Thiet. My team booked Rubens Hotel through Agoda for June 11-13, three days and two nights, and asked for a lower-floor room. That was arranged smoothly. The security staff carried my 13 kg bag from the car to the lobby, which I really appreciated. Reception spoke good English and helped with the room I’d requested. Everyone was kind and attentive, including the restaurant team. When I accidentally dropped my fork into my bowl, they brought me another straight away. My room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping came every day. I was pleasantly surprised that the TV already had Netflix and YouTube Premium. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner smelled amazing, and guests get a souvenir at checkout. I sent laundry at 2:00 PM and it was ready by 6:00 PM the same day. I’m Natasha from Indonesia, and I enjoyed my stay. The service exceeded what I expected, and I’ll come back for future work in Phan Thiet.

The staff were especially friendly and the service was very good. Rooms are clean and practical, and the hotel itself is attractive and close to the sea. It’s peaceful here, with nearby restaurants within easy walking distance and a small park where you can relax. We’d recommend it without reservation.

I slept really well in the comfortable bed, and the clean room had a light, pleasant scent. The simple beige, white, and wood design felt warm and refined. In the morning, soft sunlight came through the curtains and the whole room felt peaceful. The staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful. Rubens Boutique Hotel doesn’t have as many facilities as a resort, but it’s a lovely quiet place to rest and recharge.

The cozy room and the artisanal shampoo and shower gel made for a really relaxing holiday. Staff were super friendly, and there was a small complimentary gift at the end of the stay. Thanks, Ruben, for making our days memorable.
