The reception girl was so friendly and helpful, even sorting out our bus tickets. Breakfast was delicious, with a beautiful ocean view, and the swimming pool was lovely. The rooms were nice and clean too. Best hotel I’ve stayed in in Vietnam, with five-star service.

The beach here is clean, with fishing boats behind the property. Get up around sunrise and you’ll see the fishermen and lots of people exercising. You can hear the sea against the shore from your own private room, and the sunset views are beautiful. The place is shaded by coconut trees, and squirrels show up in the trees. Crickets might come by at night. It’s close to the local market and restaurants, and the hosts are honest, welcoming, and always smiling. If you want the comfort of your own room along with a local feel, this is a good option. Hostels can get tiring.

La Mer makes a peaceful base for exploring the area, just a short drive from town. You can head out for beach activities or local culture, then come back to unwind by the water. The pool area is calm, and the restaurant serves fresh, delicious food. Staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and their personal attention made us feel at home. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and well equipped. The sea view was breathtaking, and we could hear the waves as we fell asleep. It’s a stylish, comfortable beachfront resort with a tranquil feel. Highly recommend it for a relaxing stay in Mui Ne.

A decent stay for the price. The family who owned and ran the place were lovely, and there are restaurants and a good food court within easy reach.
