The staff's attitude didn't feel up to a five-star level.

A villa is a pretty cool place to party with your friends.

I spent one night here and don't want to come back. The aircon quit in the middle of the night and wouldn't start again. There was no wifi on the 1st floor. We asked staff to fix it, but they didn't know how. The walls were dirty, as if they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and there were lots of bugs right at the villa entrance.

Our first visit to these villas was lovely, and everything was spotlessly clean. On our second visit, though, we found out some villas are run by outside agents, so the promised breakfast, swimming pools and free rides to the main hotel area aren't included. The resort seems to be going downhill. We weren't happy and won't return, especially at $300 a night.
