Wanderlust Garden Inn

The staff were brilliant and even arranged for our bus to pick us up outside the hotel for the next leg of our trip. They also booked a sand dunes tour for less than we’d seen on GetYourGuide and similar sites. We stayed longer and moved from a double room on the 4th floor to a triple room on the 5th. We liked the triple better, especially the amazing balcony view. The room was a little dusty, but otherwise quite clean and a good size for two people. We didn’t use the pools. They’re a good size, though the wind had blown quite a few leaves into them. The location is ideal, right opposite a food court with lots of restaurant choices at competitive prices.

There’s a convenience store next door that stays open until 10pm, and a food court with plenty of choice just 30 seconds away. The location is great for staying in Mui Ne, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Our room was a little dusty, though it was clean otherwise. Reception easily arranged a driver to the sand dunes, but it was cash only. The sea view is well worth it. There are two pools on site; they looked great, but we skipped them because of the rain.

The hotel was quiet at night, and the staff were pleasant enough. There’s a good food court nearby with lots of options, and the Indian food is amazing. Our room was nicely decorated, clean, and had good AC, though it was quite dusty, especially the hanging lamps in the bedroom and bathroom. The hallways and stairs were very unclean, with lots of cobwebs and hair built up on the steps. The bed was OK for one night.

The shower drain was clogged and water flooded the bathroom. Ants were all over the room, even on the bed, and somehow got into the fridge too, despite me putting my fruit in there to keep it away from them. The place is nice and well located, and they offer motorbike rentals.
