The beach was closed when we went, and the waves were absolutely crazy. It was a long way to get there, and the beaches were terrible. I also found it hard to get around. You have to take a golf cart everywhere, and it took us over 20 minutes just to get a taxi after we messaged the Grab driver and offered a big tip. Grab did not want to come here. The place felt so far away from everything. I spoke with the manager, Ken, and explained that the resort didn’t work for me and my four children, including how difficult it was to get to the beach. He told me he would work with Agoda to get our money back and said he was more than willing to do it. But when we contacted Agoda, they said it was up to Ken and the resort. Ken then changed his story and said he didn’t want to refund us. He completely lied. The place itself is really nice, though the rooms are a little small. But it wasn’t an ideal place for us to stay. I don’t believe the reviews are genuine; it looks like they paid people to leave them. The manager is an absolute liar. Don’t stay here. It’s so far from everything, and the manager is a liar.

We booked one of the small cabin-style rooms with two single beds for a few nights with the family. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and there were fun activities for all ages. The room had a couple of issues, shown in two photos, but everything else was fine. Expect plenty of walking if, like me, you’d rather not pay for a cab or two.

Nova world is huge, with lots of different neighborhoods, but it seemed pretty empty, maybe because we visited on a weekday. My 6-year-old loved it. It’s a great place for kids to explore, with a modern camping feel.

The local food at the resort restaurants was fresh and tasty, and there were markets nearby to explore. We could spend the day swimming or sunbathing, then wind down to the ocean sounds and gentle breeze. The rooms felt comfortable and were nicely designed. With luxurious amenities and attentive service, this coastal spot made for a relaxing break from everyday life, surrounded by lovely views and nature.

We spent two nights here after booking five rooms for the family. The rooms were clean and nice, and the staff were very friendly and served us well. It’s a good place for kids, and adults can take photos too. I’d recommend it for a family vacation.
