I loved the mango pancakes! The host was always ready to help, and the tours booked at the hotel were really good, with a very good guide. I could book everything there and settle the bill at the end of my stay, including food, tours and bus tickets. I booked the bus to ninh binh. Everything went fine.

We arrived at 3am and were welcomed in, and felt at home during our stay in phong nha. The rooms were clean, the showers were good, and there were plenty of tour options in the area, with suggestions too. Good price and a very friendly owner. Best bed we had here, so comfy that we stayed another night just to enjoy it!

Wonderful hosts and a great restaurant in a fantastic town. My son has really complicated dietary needs, and Mama Paradise made sure everything was just right. We loved it and will be back.

I’d moved over from a hostel, and for a very small amount extra this felt like luxury by comparison. After I fell in a cave while admiring the ceiling and missed a step, I extended my stay by one night so I could recover comfortably.

The bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean and generous in size, with air conditioning, clean bedding and all toiletries. The owners were polite and extremely helpful, with advice about tours and recommendations for local businesses. Tours can be booked directly through the hotel. It’s right in the heart of town, just a few minutes’ walk from restaurants, stores and more. I’d happily stay again on a return trip.
