The location didn’t make up for how poorly managed this hotel felt. The bathroom smelled unpleasant and looked neglected, and the sheets and towels didn’t seem fresh. Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful when I raised problems, while service was slow. Some basic amenities listed at booking were missing or didn’t work properly. I stayed 4 nights and was still charged for water bottles. Wi-Fi was weak and the hot water inconsistent. Breakfast didn’t identify any vegan or non-vegetarian dishes. Comfort overall was below average, and for the price this wasn’t good value. I wouldn’t recommend it or stay here again.

The location is good, and the rooms are okay, but I wasn’t impressed. It’s essentially an old hotel, and breakfast has no good vegetarian options.

There wasn’t even a dustbin in our room, and they charged us for the daily room service water bottles at checkout. The AC was switched off at 9 AM, although checkout was at 12PM. We complained but got no response from the staff. For the money, this was a very bad experience and not worth it.

The place looks grand, but the service could use a better understanding of what guests need. There’s no 24-hour room service, and the restaurant only serves breakfast. The tennis court is there but can’t be used, and there were no welcome drinks. It seems better suited to locals.

The room wasn’t clean or safe, and the service staff were rude. Watch the items in the room, like water, because they may try to charge you even if you haven’t used them.
