Room 403 could use better drainage in the bathroom, since the wet and dry areas aren’t separated. Fixing that would make the place feel perfect. Otherwise, the room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and the hotel has plenty of corners that look great in photos. It was my first trip to Phu Quoc, and I loved the stay. The staff were kind, attentive, generous with service, and gave us lots of useful suggestions and freebies. I’ve already been telling people back home about them. The hotel was clean and conveniently beside the escalator, which made getting around easy. I’d still suggest renting a motorbike if you want more freedom to explore the island. Wishing the hotel lots of success!

The room was neat and clean, the staff were nice, and we could watch fireworks from our room. It’s close to the market, too. The price felt much better than at other nearby hotels. There aren’t many Google Maps reviews because the place has only just opened. I’m confident the service and quality will leave guests very satisfied and relaxed.

The room was clean and very reasonably priced, and the staff member was friendly. She offered to pick me up and drop me off at the cable car, so transportation was no problem. You can also reach the cable car by taking the stairs.
