Good value for the price, and the staff were extremely helpful. There are lots of dogs that sometimes bark at night, but that didn’t bother me since we have pets at home. The pool was quite dirty, though, and I didn’t use it much since the beach is only 5m away by bike. Watching the sunset from the beach was amazing. Insects can get into the room, so remember to close the door when coming and going at night.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the Wi-Fi worked fine. The location is less convenient: the area gets very dark at night and can feel a bit unsafe, with very few restaurants nearby, so having a motorbike is almost necessary for getting around and eating out. Pool cleanliness depends on the season, sometimes it’s clean and sometimes less so. Breakfast is mainly noodle dishes like pho, which could get repetitive over several days. The nearby beach water isn’t very clear, which may not appeal to everyone.

Staff were friendly, and motorbike rental was cheap, but those positives didn’t make up for the problems with the location, room, facilities, and value. The resort is extremely inconvenient to reach: many taxi drivers can’t find it because you have to go through a gated entrance that only opens when a security guard is there. Apart from the beach, there’s basically nowhere you can walk to. The room didn’t meet expectations and wasn’t properly cleaned. We found stains on the bed sheets, and the shower barely had any water pressure. The children’s pool was empty and unusable. Breakfast was poor and very limited, essentially soup or eggs, and the so-called fresh juice clearly wasn’t fresh.

We liked the location, even though it's a little out of the way. Since the property sits off the main road, it has what feels like a private beach, and when we came back late the guard opened the gate for us without any hassle. The service was phenomenal, and they also rented scooters. Breakfast was limited but good. The room could use improvement, especially the AC, which wasn't working as expected.
