The staff were the highlight for us: everyone was friendly, smiling, and genuinely helpful. We also loved thoughtful touches like the bed decorations and welcome desserts, which made us feel special and showed real care for guests’ experience and wellbeing. The hotel was clean, the room comfortable, and the facilities extremely well maintained. Breakfast was delicious, and eating it with the sea breeze and ocean view felt like a dream. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it.

The pool bar was great, with a nice happy hour, and Victor was a very attentive barman. The front office was run very well by Ms My, thank you for everything. We loved the amazing beachfront and pool, and the restaurant food was great. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, with lots of options and the head chef making sure everything was well looked after. The staff were wonderful, helpful, and friendly, and our rooms were made up promptly.

I was especially impressed by our tour guide, Teddy. He was kind, cheerful, and enthusiastic, and showed us lots of fun, interesting places that made the trip much more enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautiful, airy, and very clean, a lovely setting for a relaxing getaway. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help whenever I needed something. I had a wonderful experience.

We booked a sea-view room and the view was fantastic, as was the private beach. Breakfast had loads of options and was incredible, and the staff were polite. The stay was expensive, but worth it overall for our honeymoon. I took off a star for service: they wouldn’t let us have breakfast when we arrived just a few minutes late, and the room service menu had few food choices.

The beach was shallow and easy to swim in, and the infinity pool had a great view over it. Our room felt luxurious and the atmosphere was perfect. We also had some amazing seafood at the restaurants, fresh tasting and beautifully plated. One of the best beach resorts I’ve stayed at. Definitely recommend it if you want to explore phu quoc.
