This was a deal breaker for us, especially with small children. Guests were allowed to smoke in the corridors and even in the elevator, and the hotel had ashtrays in the corridors, so it seemed like a tolerated practice rather than an exception. The pool was very dirty and looked poorly maintained, so we avoided it altogether. Noise was another major problem. A car wash right next to the windows ran loud equipment very early in the morning, making it hard to sleep. I wouldn't recommend this for families. I attached photos showing an ashtray in the corridor and the dirty pool.

The location is great, with most things within walking distance, and the front desk staff can help book tours and such. Our room was nice, but the toilet leaked a little when flushed. The WiFi was sadly very slow, and the pool was being renovated the whole time we were there, so we couldn't use it.

The location is good, but the rooms and facilities don't meet the mark. It's a below-average hotel with minimal facilities, more like a 2-star place. I had to wait four hours to check in, and the complimentary breakfast wasn't good, so I ate outside.

Phu Quoc City, the mountains, and the sea look beautiful from here. The hotel is clean and has a welcoming feel, with roomy rooms and lots of amenities for guests. I’d happily recommend it.

The views over the city, mountains, and sea are lovely. The staff were polite and very friendly, and I thought the place was really nice. I’d recommend a visit.
