Hue was the highlight for me. He and his family were always ready to help, and he speaks good English. You can arrange cabs and tickets at reception for fair prices, rent a scooter, or ask him for whatever you need. He's a sincere, helpful host, and you can see how much he cares about making guests feel welcome. The resort itself was very clean, comfortable, and well kept, with fantastic room service. It's in a quiet, subtle area, about 15-20 minutes from Phu Quoc's main attractions, so it felt peaceful but still convenient. There are also a pool, hut rooms, flats, and bungalows to choose from. I had a wonderful three-day stay and never doubted the service. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were attentive, and our room was roomy, clean, and comfortable. Set back from the main road, the hotel felt quiet, especially by the big pool beneath the coconut palms. There was a power outage across the island while we were there, and the owner kindly offered us breakfast for free. That was a generous gesture. The wifi was good too. My only wish is that they served lunch and dinner. It was hard to find a decent place to eat within walking distance, so having food here would have helped a lot.

For the price, I had a really nice stay. The rooms were very clean, and the pool area was lovely. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the owner even invited me to watch a football game with him :) It's a bit remote, so I'd recommend renting a scooter. You can get one at the hotel or five minutes away on foot for 200K a day.

The resort also rents bikes and offers laundry. The room, bathroom, and pool were all very nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A great place to stay.

My bungalow was comfortable, with a good bed, effective A/C, and an excellent shower. I didn't have any mosquito trouble, though the lighting could be better. The resort is lovely, with a great pool and garden, and the staff were very helpful. For me, the location was the problem. It's too far from a decent beach and any nightlife. It might suit a couple, but I can't recommend it for a solo traveller.
