Kim Boutique Hotel

The ocean view from room 502 was absolutely breathtaking, and this was the best stay I had in Sunset Town. The room was spacious and clean, and the property feels new and well maintained. Ann, the host, was warm and helpful. Breakfast is at Jana Restaurant, just a 100-meter walk away. There’s also a mart called Thala right behind the property, handy for picking up essentials. A fantastic stay and one of the best options in Sunset Town. Highly recommended!

I spent two days here and was really impressed by how hospitable and warm the host was. The rooms are huge and spacious, and the service and amenities were better than at a 5-star hotel. The hotel manager and her mom were especially sweet and friendly, and they were professional and went out of their way to keep guests happy. We even received cute little souvenirs to remember Vietnam by. Loved the place, and I highly recommend it if you’re visiting Phu Quoc.

The best part was being able to watch the cable car, fireworks, and surrounding views right from the balcony. From there you can also see Kiss Bridge and the Kiss of the Sea show, and the night bazaar is within walking distance. The location made getting around easy. I stayed one night at Kim Boutique and had a memorable time. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff and owner were so welcoming that I felt comfortable right away. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a private balcony. I’d booked a Deluxe Ocean View room, but at check-in they surprised me with an upgrade to a Deluxe Ocean View Family Suite. It had loads of space and thoughtful amenities, including a sofa, refrigerator, fan, TV, hairdryer, towels, slippers, and more. I’d love to stay at Kim Boutique again if I return to Phu Quoc 🤍

The owners really went out of their way to make us comfortable. They prepared vegan breakfasts for our family: fried rice on the first day, then Boa with Strawberry Marmalet and Custard apple custard on the second. I truly appreciate the effort. Our room was very spacious, with an extra large bed, a single bed, a sofa, and plenty of room to move around. We had a seaside balcony where we could see and hear the Kiss of the Sea shows and fireworks. Kiss of the Sea and the Cable Car (Aquatopia Water Park) are very close, so the stay was worth the money.
