The staff were friendly, and I found the bed comfortable. The room smelled nice and stayed cool, which made the stay worthwhile.

The central spot is handy for sightseeing, shopping, entertainment, or a walk by the beach. At 250,000 VND for a single room, the amenities were adequate and the service decent.

The sheets and room were clean, but the bathroom was disgusting. When I showered, water spread across the whole floor, so I don't know what kind of drainage it has. The bedroom door has a fake lock that doesn't work. Whenever I want it locked, I have to ask the hotel staff to lock it for me.

I was left wandering around at 10 PM after arriving to check in, because the hotel said it was full and wouldn't honor my request. I'd booked through TRAVELOKA at Thanh Hung Hotel - 35 Nguyen Tu Street - Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh on April 28th. I called Traveloka customer service, but they said they had to wait for a resolution. With it already 10 PM, how long was I supposed to wait? Thousands of people were coming to Quy Nhon for a marathon, so where could I find an available room in the middle of the night? The Hau Giang Marathon had been overloaded too, and I learned from that experience. Now even the grand, professional advertising of Quy Nhon FLC hotel hasn't prevented problems. Can I still trust domestic service and event planning?
