Even with the cold, rainy weather, the staff made us feel welcome and warm. They were attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything, and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay: the room was comfortable and just as promised, with an amazing city view. Totally recommend this place!

The bathroom was moldy, and the bedsheets were stained and dirty. When we first walked into the room, there was a foul smell, and the chairs were covered in shoe marks. Everything about the lodge felt out of date. This place shouldn’t even be open. Do NOT stay here. Stay away!!!

We didn't stay here, but ate at the restaurant, and it was awful. After a long wait, they brought the wrong order. The pho was just about bearable, but I found two insects in the bowl. Avoid it.

We picked the place for lunch because the balcony view was beautiful, and that part was worth it. The service, though, was terrible. My vegetable rice was dry and tasteless, and looked like it might have been cooked the day before. The fried chicken was tough and dry too. It costs more than other places, and the food was disgusting, the worst I've tasted in Vietnam.

The view is nice, but there isn't much else to recommend. The drinks were only okay and much too sweet. The waitress forgot the drinks we ordered, then spilled one without saying sorry and walked off. I had to find tissues and clean up myself. She wasn't friendly either. Wouldn't recommend it.
