We were told by phone that a single room for 2 days and 1 night, from 2 PM Friday to noon Sunday, would cost 900k VND. Once I got there, the price was 800k VND. The room itself was okay and service was fine, but the hotel said they couldn't adjust the charge because we'd already agreed to the price by text. At the same time, another guest who showed up without a booking got a room for 800k VND. If you're planning to stay, check the actual price with the hotel first. I hope they can settle on one fair rate.

Getting around was convenient, and the hotel is near the beach and entertainment spots. It's clean, the rates are reasonable, and the reception staff are helpful.

We had a large group and booked three rooms for 2, 4, and 6 people. There were still rooms available to fit what we needed, which made things very easy. We also got a room with a kitchen so we could buy groceries and cook. The price was much lower than we expected for somewhere so close to the beach, market, and food center. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return to Thanh Xuan Hotel. Thanks! 👍🏻
