Kosmos Villa made a perfect base for our trip. It’s modern and clean, and the staff made everything easy. Renting two Yamaha PG-1 motorbikes directly from the villa was a major highlight. They were in perfect condition and made getting around Phu Quoc a breeze, definitely the best way to explore the island. We also booked a North Island Tour with Moto Nomad, and it was incredible. The guides knew the island well, the tour was perfectly organized, and it took us to authentic local spots. Having the reliable PG-1s for the tour made the experience comfortable and fun. If you want a hassle-free stay with easy motorbike access and great local tours, Kosmos Villa is highly recommended.

Having shops a short taxi ride away and bike and motorbike rentals right there made it easy to explore and pick up what we needed. We rented every room for our group and had a blast. The hosts kept the house spotless and made both arrival and departure simple. The beach was just over a minute away, pool access was available, and the airport was very close.

The bathtub was dirty, things kept falling down, and the AC wasn't cold. Nobody came to inspect or fix those problems. One room's AC smelled like it was burning. Staff stopped by after I called, took a look, and said they'd return with a technician, but they never did. The service wasn't very good either. Worst villa I've ever stayed in.

For a group, this nine-room villa is good value.
