We weren't told about the water supply problem until after check-in and payment, and the staff stop working at 5 pm, so there's nobody at reception after that. The room was tiny, smelled awful, had a small uncomfortable bed, and the shower had mold. Maintenance was poor. Breakfast was off-site, which hadn't been mentioned when we booked. We had to wait for a shuttle, then order from a restaurant menu. It was just one dish with no drinks, and there was no meal for our toddler. We waited 40 minutes for breakfast, then another 20 minutes for the ride back. The worst place I've ever stayed. Not recommended!

The hotel is in an excellent location, and each room gets a free ticket per night for the cable car and water park. The rooms look nice and were clean, with hot water in the shower, though they felt cramped and small. Breakfast lacked variety, and our children had nothing they could eat.

The room was pretty small and not that good, but the service was very good and breakfast was free. I was lucky to get a free Hon Thom cable car ticket and Kiss Bridge ticket during my stay, though that offer ended since 2025.

We booked a family room with two beds through Agoda for two adults and our 8 year-old child. On arrival, the smiling receptionist tried to put us in a standard room with one queen-size bed. She offered to bring an extra bed for our child in that small room, then find a larger room “tomorrow” because the Hotel was “full.” We refused and reminded her that we'd booked two beds because we had a child. She asked a manager to find a bigger room. After a couple of phone calls, he told us to contact Agoda to “solve this problem.” We asked for our money back and left this damn dormitory. Five minutes later we were at the good, new neighboring Te Amo Hotel, where we found a big room, friendly and caring managers, and a good price. P.S. Agoda says Lotus Hotel has “a private beach.” That's not tru, check Google Map.
