The Tahiti Beach Hotel

Hotel Tahiti was an easy place to relax, with lovely views and the sea beach nearby for walks. We stayed from 14th to 18th November 2025. The property felt luxurious and was exceptionally well maintained, while the staff were humble, polite, and always willing to help. It was a memorable visit, and I’d happily recommend it and come back.

The service was very disappointing. The person handling my luggage was careless and impolite, and rough handling and dropping my bag broke its wheels.

The location is handy, right on a busy street full of bars, restaurants, and cafes, with the beach just outside. We enjoyed staying at the Tahiti resort, and our double twin room was comfortable. The beds and pillows were among the best we’ve had while backpacking around Asia, and there was a Smart TV. Breakfast had some issues. The milk was left out warm, so it wasn’t good with cereal, and at times there were no tables left at all. On our last day, we saw two people eating breakfast in the hotel. The woman running the egg and noodle station was really friendly, and both dishes were very nice. WiFi was patchy in places, which wasn’t ideal when I wanted to get some work done, though it was manageable. Some staff were lovely and always greeted us, while others walked right past, so the staff could be a bit warmer overall.

The villa room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice pool view, though the regular hotel room is small. Staff were helpful, except for the laundry service. They knocked at 6:30 AM to return laundry that should have come back the day before. Guests need their sleep, so please avoid disturbing them so early.
