The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and there are plenty of vegetarian places to eat within 3 km. On the downside, there was no hot water for bathing, and dining at the property is limited because it doesn't have a proper restaurant. The building feels dated and could use refurbishment. The beach surroundings were disappointing and didn't feel like a pleasant coastal area.

Breakfast had a nice range of choices, and the property has lovely sunset views. It's right by the beach, with night markets and cafes nearby, and the rooms are modern. The staff were friendly too. Good value for money in Phu Quoc.

Really bad experience. They claim to be a 4-star hotel, but it doesn't seem like one to me, maybe 3-star or 2-star. Please don't get scammed.

The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and we left after just one night. Our room smelled bad, wasn't very clean, and had only one bathrobe. We weren't given a receipt for the room, and no towels were available for the swimming pool. When we arrived at 7 PM, there was just one person at the front desk. Breakfast was disappointing too, with almost no staff in the empty-feeling restaurant and very poor air conditioning.

We paid for two nights, but they haven't refunded us. Still, our health matters more than breathing in mould, so we left. The room we first entered had a very strong mould smell. I called reception and was told there were no other rooms, so I started searching for another hotel. Then a young man knocked and showed us a different room, but that one smelled of mould too. We checked in around 5:30 and checked out around 6. I really don't understand how this hotel is still operating.
