Phuong Binh House

We spent three days here with family. The rooms were good, but the pool and dining areas weren't kept very clean, which was disappointing for a three-star hotel. There was beach access, though seeing drainage pipes running into the beach felt unpleasant. Breakfast wasn't great either, and the road leading to the beach was very congested, as in the road photos I shared. In the end, it was an average stay and didn't feel worth what we paid.

The hotel is right across from the beach. My garden-view room wasn't bad, though I'd have preferred a sea-view room. It was clean enough, spacious, and had everything I needed. The place may be a little old, but it's well maintained. There's also a pool. I stayed during Tet Holiday, when the water wasn't very clear, though it was good enough to swim in. I remember it looking clearer on my previous visit, so perhaps it depends on the season. I had a great stay.

I had a lovely week here at the end of November. The room was clean, and when I mentioned that the door wouldn't lock, they fixed it for us. Noise from the bar bothered me only now and then. Staff and guests were constantly smoking weed, which might bother some people, though it didn't bother me.

It's an affordable hotel by the beach, and breakfast is included. I booked a family room advertised as sea-view, but our first-floor room looked more onto the pool than the sea. The only sea view we got was from the seafront cafeteria at breakfast. Since the pool and other facilities block the view from the first floor, those rooms really shouldn't be listed as sea-view.
