Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Managed by Accor Resort

The beach may be the nicest on the island, but the resort was so crowded and chaotic that relaxing felt nearly impossible. Loud, often drunk Russian tourists were all around, at the beach, pool, breakfast area, and shared spaces. Russian music that I found cringeworthy played throughout the day. People who weren't staying at the hotel could use the beach loungers. Staff didn't properly control access or check room numbers when giving out towels. Instead, they often treated actual guests rudely and with suspicion, especially if they had tote bags or other personal belongings, as if they had come from outside. The adults only pool was also full of children and wasn't monitored, which defeated its purpose. Loungers at the beach and pool were claimed with towels very early in the morning. Even arriving at 8 a.m., you might spend 30 minutes or more looking for a seat, and couples or groups could wait up to an hour. Guests left their belongings on loungers all day, and staff did nothing about it. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't the place.

We spent three days and two nights at the Premier Residence. Our 10th floor suite had two huge bedrooms, and the room was great, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was awesome, with a huge area and no waiting. The staff were straightforward, but not much for small talk and not especially friendly. I liked the stay, though it didn't feel very welcoming.

The hotel was very clean, the food delicious, and the facilities excellent. The staff were lovely and attentive to every detail, and went to great lengths for my daughter's birthday. Thank you for everything. We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay and would happily stay again. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a beautiful sea view. The resort's large pool and lovely beachfront made it easy to relax. Breakfast was excellent, with lots to choose from and something different to enjoy each morning. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.
