This was my second stay, and I still love how calm it is here, away from the crowds. The pool is a nice place to relax, and from the room you can see the forested hill. It’s a short bike ride into the centre for anything else you need. The place is simple and convenient, and such a good deal. Staff are lovely, too. They can arrange a bike rental, call a taxi to the airport, and sell 20 liters of water for 50k.

The owners are trusting and cheerful, and the staff are friendly. Mr Chin especially helped make my stay unforgettable. The property itself is gorgeous, set at the foot of a beautiful wooded hill, and the room was the best value I’ve found in three years of living in Vietnam. It’s stunning and incredibly affordable. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel and pool were clean, but everything is far away, so we rented a motorbike for our six-day stay. We didn’t get any help from the owner, an older lady, with renting it, and were charged more than the daily rate. Nobody spoke English. The service needs improvement.

Everyone, including the owner, was helpful during my business trip in Phu Quoc. I felt at home while working there and had a wonderful stay. I’ll visit again.

There was no hot water while I was staying there, so I couldn’t shower. The pillowcase and bath towels also weren’t clean enough, with some stains still on them.
