The pool was quiet and well looked after, and we really liked the garden and cafe/restaurant area for a glimpse of island life. We stayed three nights with a couple of friends and were taken good care of. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and tidy. It seems family-friendly, and also good for couples or friend groups. As I understand it, dogs are welcome too, and they have three friendly dogs there! Lovely people and a great stay. Best ca phe den da on the island.

The restaurant was so good that we looked forward to eating there every day. We also loved the beautiful, nature-filled grounds and the pool, which was great for unwinding. Y Nghia Bungalow is beside the beach and sits in a handy central spot for reaching both the north and south of the island. The night market is about a 15-minute motorbike ride away. The family who owns the place made us feel right at home, and it was an amazing place to stay.

We had a clean room and friendly staff, and our bungalow was tucked away somewhere quiet, which made the whole stay feel really relaxing. You can rent a bike there too. If you want a laid-back place on Phu Quoc, Y Nghia Bungalows is a good pick.

Lucy at reception was incredibly helpful and spoke very good English. The resort is right on the main road, which makes the 15-minute walk into the small town convenient, but the pool and rooms are quiet once you head down there. The pool was great, and the attached restaurant was superb. For the price and what we got, it absolutely deserved five stars. We’ll be back 😀

A simple but pleasant place. The payment issue was frustrating: although card payment had been agreed the day before, they refused it at the last minute and I had to find an ATM. They also charge three times the price for the complimentary water.
