Sen Vang Ville Phu Quoc

I liked how quiet it was, and the rooms were clean, airy and well equipped, with decent facilities. It was a good place to unwind after long hours of work. At reception, though, the communication felt unprofessional and not especially friendly. A few small things, like unclear directions and a lack of enthusiasm, left me feeling less welcome than I expected. I hope they work on training the reception team, since it's the first point of contact for guests. Better service there would make this a stronger choice for travelers.

During our five-day stay, the room wasn't cleaned even once, and we had to go to reception for drinking water and shampoo. The facilities were poorly maintained and many things were broken: the bathroom door wouldn't latch, the TV and window latch were broken, and at night I could hear water dripping from the ceiling.

Affordable, airy and clean, with everything provided. I come back to this hotel whenever I'm in Phu Quoc.

At Suoi Da Junction, so it's easy to get to Phu Quoc city center or travel north or south on the island. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and the reception staff are very friendly.
