Sensea Hillside Collection at Sunset Town - Managed by Sensea Retreat

The location was the best part, but unfortunately our experience with the hotel was poor. My child became seriously ill and vomited in the room. I contacted the staff to ask for cleaning and agreed without any problem when they said there would be an extra charge. The cleaners were rude and argued about why my child had vomited. They eventually cleaned, but did a poor job. Later, I asked for bathroom towels. Staff insisted on counting the old ones and said one was missing, though I handed it back to them immediately. I also asked for daily room cleaning and was told their policy is to clean only once every three days. That's disappointing, since well-known hotels usually provide daily housekeeping. On my first day, I waited about 30 minutes before anyone helped with check-in. The staff's behavior and service didn't meet basic hotel standards, and I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.
